This means you can add in your latest product releases at no extra cost to your monthly subscription.

For instance, if you wanted your new AW collection to replace your SS collection in 3D, there would be no added cost! You only need to send us the AW collection to shoot and choose which items of the SS range you'd like them to replace.

Do you charge an additional fee for image hosting?

Our monthly subscription cost covers a complete end to end service, including image hosting!

We have a fair usage policy if an individual 3D photo goes past a certain amount of data. This would be rare, but if you think you have a shoe that will get a million interactions to speak with us.

What plan should I choose? Do I do all of my products?

This varies on how you want to use the 3D photos. You can choose to complete your entire range with a 3D photo, or you can choose it on a few of your key styles.

If you have several colours of the identical shoe, companies have found an All Axis photo of one colour increased the conversion rate of the colours.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, you can! We’re sure you and your customers will love our All Axis 3D Photo. If you want to increase the number of 3D photos, we can switch your plan once the additional 3D photos are live.

You can also decrease or cancel at any time. We only require a months notice, and we can disable the spins for you.
